Ray Donofrio’s professional military and aerospace career spans over forty years
of service to the national and tactical intelligence community. His technical contributions
have focused on a broad range of management, systems engineering, mission operations,
technology development and fielding of Radio Frequency (RF) and Electro-Optic (EO)
mission systems for space, air and terrestrial applications. Ray currently has a patent
pending for an advanced quantum-based RF system, as well as other advanced systems
and devices in the works for patent application. Ray founded Onyx in 2007 and serves
as CEO, research scientist and engineer.
